- Delhi's cloud-seeding trial was postponed due to insufficient moisture in the clouds.
- IIT-Kanpur reported moisture levels were around 15 to 20 percent.
- Trials conducted on October 28 in Burari, Karol Bagh, Mayur Vihar, and Badli did not produce rainfall in Delhi.
- Minimal rainfall was recorded in Noida and Greater Noida following the trials.
- Monitoring stations recorded a 6 to 10 percent reduction in PM2.5 and PM10 concentrations.
- IIT-Kanpur stated that cloud-seeding results provide valuable data even under limited moisture conditions.
