- India’s employability increased to 56.35% in the India Skills Report 2026, up from 54.81% last year.
- Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Karnataka recorded the highest employability levels for 2026.
- India accounted for 16% of the global Artificial Intelligence (AI) talent pool, expected to reach 1.25 million professionals by 2027.
