  • Agnikul Cosmos has launched India’s first private large-format 3D-printing facility for aerospace at the IIT-Madras Research Park in Chennai.
  • The facility enables 3D-printing of aerospace components up to 1 metre in height, allowing faster and cheaper development of rocket systems.
  • An in-house indigenously developed de-powdering machine ensures high-quality surface finish and space-grade standards for printed components.
  • The facility supports the in-house manufacturing of single-piece 3D-printed rocket engines, with the new designs offering seven times the thrust of earlier models.
