- The 44th meeting of the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure (RATS) of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation was held in Cholpon Ata, Kyrgyz Republic.
- The Council strongly condemned the recent terror attack in Pahalgam and endorsed its condemnation in the Tianjin Declaration.
- The meeting was chaired by the Kyrgyz Republic.
