- The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has released a very definitive list of Ayurveda Aahara products in consultation with the Ministry of Ayush.
- This list is based on the Food Safety and Standards Ayurveda Aahara Regulations 2022.
- The formulations are drawn from classical Ayurvedic texts listed in Schedule A and issued under Note 1 of Schedule B.
- The move aims to help the food business operators with a reliable reference for manufacturing Ayurveda Aahara.
