- Bihar will vote in two phases on November 6 and 11, and the results will be declared on November 14.

- Revision of Electronic Voting Machine ballot guidelines to include colour photographs of candidates and larger serial numbers.
- Mandatory counting and verification of Voter Verified Paper Audit Trail (VVPAT) slips in case of discrepancies between Form 17C and EVM results.
