- It features vibrant red leaves and has been named ‘Chowna Buku Chulu (Aryarakta)’, meaning “Noble Red,” in honor of Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein.
- Begonias belong to the genus Begoniaceae, which contains over 1,800 species of perennial flowering plants.
- These plants are native to moist subtropical and tropical climates and thrive in shaded, humid environments.
