- The agreement protects the accurate climate information and combats the disinformation, denialism, and attacks on scientists.
- Signatories include Brazil, Canada, Chile, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Spain, Sweden, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Uruguay.
- The initiative was launched by UNESCO, the UN, and the Government of Brazil.
