  • Union Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions Dr. Jitendra Singh launched five digital governance reforms on Good Governance Day 2025.
  • The reforms aim to improve efficiency, transparency, and citizen-centric service delivery across government offices.
  • The AI (Artificial Intelligence) Powered Recruitment Rules Generator Tool was introduced to automate government recruitment rules.
  • The eHRMS (Employee Human Resource Management System) 2.0 Mobile App was launched to manage employee HR tasks digitally.
  • iGOT (Integrated Government Online Training) Karmayogi Portal was upgraded to provide more online learning courses for civil servants.
  • Karmayogi Digital Learning Lab 2.0 was launched to support interactive skill development and training for government employees.
  • Compendium on Reservation for Ex-Servicemen (ESM) was released to guide policy and implementation of reservations for ex-soldiers.
