- She became the first Indian woman to win the chess World Cup.
- She also became the India’s 88th and India’s fourth woman to become a grand master.
- It was after Humpy, R. Vaishali, and Harika Dronavalli.
- The final match was held between compatriots K. Humpy (Andhra Pradesh) and Divya (Maharashtra).
