India endorsed the G20 Energy Abundance Ministerial consensus outcomes adopted in Houston.
The consensus covers household energy access, faster infrastructure approvals, water reuse and critical-mineral supply chains.
Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) was recognised as a transitional fuel for improving access to cleaner household energy.
It promotes streamlined and predictable approval processes for energy and infrastructure projects.
A voluntary framework supports safe and purpose-specific water reuse in energy, agriculture and manufacturing.
It also calls for diversified, secure and resilient critical-mineral supply chains; the outcomes are voluntary and non-binding.
