- It is the 3rd state after Kerala and Karnataka to adopt HAWK, developed by WTI (Wildlife Trust of India) and NTT DATA.
- Modules include Peregrine (crime management), Shikra (mortality reporting), Harrier (offender tracking), and Kestrel (legacy data).
- HAWK features NER (Named Entity Recognition), network analysis, and predictive modelling for hotspot detection.
- It supports the API (Application Programming Interface) integration with CCTNS (Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and Systems).
