- Hyderabad-based Ananth Technologies will launch India’s first private satellite broadband service.
- The service will start by 2028 with a geostationary (GEO) communication satellite.
- The satellite will provide data speeds up to 100 gigabits per second (Gbps).
- The GEO satellites orbit 35,000 km above Earth and cover large areas with one satellite.
