International Childhood Cancer Day 2026 – February 15

It aims to raise awareness about childhood cancer and promote early detection and equal access to treatment.
The day was first recognised in 2002 by the International Confederation of Childhood Cancer Parent Organizations (ICCCPO).
Over 400,000 children and adolescents are diagnosed with cancer globally each year.
It supports the goal of the WHO to increase the childhood cancer survival rate to at least 60% by 2030.
The theme for the year 2026 is “Demonstrating Impact — From Challenge to Change.”
