  • It is designed to save 30 percent of energy consumption through efficient systems.
  • Kartavya Bhavan’s rooftop solar photovoltaic system expected to generate 534,000 units of electricity annually.
  • The building operates as a zero-discharge facility, treating and reusing 1.1 million liters of wastewater daily.
  • Reused wastewater covers 60 percent of the building's total water demand.
  • Solid waste management transforms 1,000 kilograms of organic waste into manure daily onsite.
