Namma Arasu WhatsApp Chatbot

The Tamil Nadu government launched the “Namma Arasu” WhatsApp chatbot to provide government services to citizens through WhatsApp.
The chatbot was introduced at the UmagineTN 2026 event.
Citizens can access the service by sending messages to +91 7845252525 on WhatsApp.
It offers 51 government services from multiple departments.
Services available include certificate downloads, utility and tax bill payments, welfare schemes, grievance filing, and more.
