- 2026 marks the 68th Foundation Day of the National Productivity Council, and National Productivity Week is observed from 12–18 February 2026 across India.
- The celebrations aim to improve competitiveness, quality, and productivity in all sectors of the Indian economy.
- The theme for the year 2026 is “Clusters as Growth Engine: Maximizing Productivity in MSMEs.”
