  • A pair of painted storks was spotted at Kaziranga National Park, Assam.
  • This is a rare sighting, with previous records in 2004, 2005, and 2022 during migratory bird censuses.
  • Kaziranga is a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its rich wetlands and diverse migratory waterfowl.
