- Centre has launched the Sanchar Saathi app in Hindi plus 21 regional languages.
- The app enables users to report suspicious communications, block or track lost/stolen phones, and verify unauthorised connections.
- Since its January launch, the app has been downloaded over 46 lakh times.
- The relaunch happened during a New Delhi meeting with key stakeholders to fight telecom cyber frauds.
