- Measures from GRAP Stage IV were shifted to Stage III so stricter rules can start earlier.
- Measures from Stage II were moved to Stage I, including steps like avoiding diesel generators and adding more public transport.
- Under revised GRAP II, NCR offices will use staggered timings to reduce traffic congestion.
- GRAP is triggered based on Delhi’s average AQI and pollution forecasts.
