- The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has joined in the Santiago Network.
- It is a global initiative that connects the technical experts and organizations dedicated to helping the vulnerable countries and communities confront the irreversible impacts of loss and damage due to climate change.
- Its secretariat is co-hosted by the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) and the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) in Geneva.
