  • The report suggested streamlining regulatory processes and accommodating startup failures to boost operational efficiency.
  • The report highlighted that academic incubators, government funding, and public procurement have driven success but noted ongoing challenges in funding access, talent retention, and infrastructure availability for manufacturing startups.
