Three Bengaluru scientists — Padubidri V.Shivaprasad (National Centre for Biological Sciences), Balasubramanian Gopal, and Ambarish Ghosh (Indian Institute of Science) won the 2025 Tata Transformation Prize.
They were recognised for research in food security, sustainability, and healthcare, respectively.
Each will receive ₹2 crore to advance their research and its real-world impact.
