Tamil Nadu govt. Sanctioned ₹54.73 crore for VETRI (Vibrant Education Targeting Reputed Institution) Palligal in 236 govt. Higher secondary schools for 2025–26.
One school per block will be chosen as VETRI Palligal to guide Class 11 and 12 students towards top institutions.
Weekend coaching for JEE, NEET, CLAT, and CUET will be held for volunteer students.
Each block will have 2 govt. Teachers and 4 temp teachers handling sessions on alternate weekends.
District model schools will support with study materials, online classes, and career guidance.
