World Habitat Day 2025 - October 06

It is observed every year on the first Monday of October.
The aim is to reflect on the state of towns and cities and the right of all people to adequate shelter.
It was first celebrated in 1986 following the United Nations General Assembly resolution adopted in 1985.
The theme for 2025 is “Urban Crisis Response”.
