- The Department of Agriculture Cooperation and Farmers Welfare of the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare released the 3rd Advanced Estimate (2018-19) of Area and Production of various Horticulture Crops.
- It based on the information received from different States & Union Territories (UTs) and other source agencies.
- As per the report, the area under Horticulture Crops remained broadly at the same level.
