- Three-day event of the 6th Track Asia Cup cycling competition 2019 hosted by Cycling Federation of India (CFI) was held in New Delhi.
- The list was topped by India with 10 gold, 8 silver, and 7 bronze, totaling 25 medals in the event.
- India was followed by Uzbekistan and Malaysia in the second and third places respectively.
