- The Farmers have been harvesting up to 4,000 kilograms per acre under the Kuruvai conditions.
- The variety requires only 50% of the fertilizer input used by conventional strains, making it cost-effective for farmers.
- ADT 59 shows strong resistance to salinity and pests such as stem borers, blast disease, and brown leaf spot, ensuring healthier crops.
- With a grain maturity period of 110-115 days, the variety is well-suited for the Kuruvai, Navarai, and summer seasons.
