- The court said that the telecom companies shall pay their AGR dues with in a time frame of 10 years to the central government.

- AGR is Adjusted Gross Revenue.
- It is the usage and licensing fee that the Department of Telecommunication charges on the telecom operators.
- It is divided as licensing fees, spectrum usage charges.
- It is fixed between 3%-5% and 8% respectively.
