Amendments to Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989

Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) has issued draft amendments to Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989.
It made Vehicle Tracking System device and FASTags mandatory for all commercial vehicles obtaining national permit.
