	- Azerbaijan and Armenia signed a peace agreement in Washington.
 
	- The deal ends nearly four decades of conflict over the Nagorno-Karabakh region following Azerbaijan’s military campaign in 2023.
 
	- The two countries agreed to create a transit corridor called the Trump Route.
 
	- It will connect Azerbaijan and its Nakhchivan exclave through Armenian territory under Armenian law.
