Blue Flag Recognition for Odisha Beaches

Sunapur beach earned the International Blue Flag Certification for the 3rd consecutive year.
Puri’s Golden Beach received the Blue Flag Certification for the 7th time.
The certification is awarded by the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE) in Denmark.
13 beaches in India received the Blue Flag status for 2025-26, including two in Odisha.
