24 countries have partnered with India to adopt India Stack, strengthening India's global Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) initiatives.
India Stack includes Unified Payments Interface (UPI), DigiLocker, Aadhaar, electronic Know Your Customer (e-KYC), electronic Sign (eSign), and the Account Aggregator framework.
DigiLocker has begun implementation in Kenya and Cuba, while UPI merchant payments are available in 10 international markets.
India is also in discussions with countries such as Laos, Seychelles, Armenia, Fiji, Guyana, Colombia, and Venezuela to expand its digital governance platforms.
The initiative aims to promote digital governance, financial inclusion, paperless public services, and international digital cooperation.
