- The Grievance Redressal Assessment and Index (GRAI) 2023 is based on four dimensions and 11 indicators.
- It is assessing grievance redressal mechanism adopted by the central ministries and departments.
- It was conceptualized and designed by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG).
- The Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare has topped the ranking followed by Department of Post in Group A.
- In Group B, O/O the Comptroller & Auditor General of India topped the ranking, closely followed by the Department of Land Resources.
