- The Indian Coast Guard (ICG) ship ‘Kamla Devi’, the Fast Patrol Vessel (FPV) was commissioned recently.
- ICGS Kamla Devi is officially the fifth and last vessel of the series of FPVs.
- It will patrol the seas and carry out anti-smuggling, anti-poaching and search and rescue operations as and when required.
