- Three new meadow katydid species were discovered in Jammu and Kashmir.
- The species belongs to the genus Conocephalus.
- The new species are named Conocephalus usmanii, Conocephalus nagariensis, and Conocephalus ganderbali.
- The insects were found in meadows, bushes, and forests of the Kashmir Valley.
