- A ₹22 crore hostel for Tamil Nadu’s ex-servicemen is to be built in Madhavaram, Chennai.
- ₹15 crore skill training program for college-going children of registered construction workers.
- Monthly aid for World War II ex-servicemen has been raised to ₹15,000.
- Monthly pension for freedom fighters increased to ₹22,000.
- Pension for families of freedom fighters increased to ₹12,000.
- A driving school will be established in each district.
- Two regional driving academies and one State-level driving academy to be launched.
