- The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) of Ahmedabad is the top management institute.
- The National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) of Hyderabad is ranked number one for pharmaceutical studies.
- The All-India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) of Delhi is ranked the best medical college.
- Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences of Chennai is the top dental college.
- National Law School of India University of Bengaluru is ranked the best law college in the country.
- IISc Bengaluru stood first in ‘Research Institutions’ category too for the third consecutive year.
- IISc is followed by the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and Jamia Millia Islamia University as the second and third best universities, respectively.
- Indian Agricultural Research Institute of New Delhi took the top slot in ‘Agriculture and Allied Sectors’.
- IIT-Kanpur topped the ‘Innovation’ category.
- IISc, Bengaluru and IIT-Delhi are ranked the second and third best institutes in the overall category.
- Hindu College, Delhi and Presidency College, Chennai are ranked the second and third best colleges, respectively.
- IIM-Bangalore and IIM-Kozhikode secured second and third position in the ranking of management institutes, respectively.
- The Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh and the Christian Medical College, Vellore are ranked the top second and third medical colleges, respectively.
