- The Uttar Pradesh Cabinet has approved 'one district, one product' scheme to promote products indigenous to every district.
- ODOP is aimed at giving a major push to traditional industries located in each districts of the state.
- Under this, one product indigenous to every district would be showcased at the three-day UP Diwas event.
- ODOP is basically a Japanese business development concept.
