- The Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) has established a 24×7 Passenger Assistance Control Room (PACR) for aviation passengers.
- PACR ensures quick and timely resolution of passenger grievances related to flights, airports, and airlines.
- The control room is fully integrated with AirSewa, the national online passenger grievance platform.
- Issues such as flight delays, cancellations, refunds, and baggage problems are addressed as per the Passenger Charter.
- Since December 2025, PACR has successfully resolved over 13,000 complaints and managed 500+ passenger call interventions.
