- Greenfield warehouses starting operations during the policy period and brownfield expansions carried out during the period are eligible for incentives.
- The New warehouses can receive a green incentive of 25% of the cost of green initiatives, subject to a maximum of ₹2 crore.
- The policy also provides training subsidies and special incentives for warehouse development in Category C and Delta districts.
