- Turkey’s Tayfun Block-4 is its first hypersonic ballistic missile, developed by defence firm Roketsan.
- The missile has an operational range of 800 km, with plans to extend to 1,000 km and exceeds Mach 5 speed.
- It uses GPS + GLONASS aided inertial navigation system (INS) for accuracy within 5 meters.
