- All India Radio (AIR) broadcast its first ever special program titled, ‘Bahujan Bhasha-Sanskrit Bhasha’ on this day
- The New Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020) with an aim to multilingualism, promotes Sanskrti language in school and higher educational level.
