- The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has stated that cyclone Pabuk weakened into deep-depression and made landfall over the Bay Islands such as Port Blair.
- Pabuk, a once in the three-decades weather system, originated over the Gulf of Thailand and its neighborhood.
