  • Two rare comets, C/2025 R2 (SWAN) and C/2025 A6 (Lemmon), are visible over India.
  • Comet SWAN will not return to the solar system for about 20,000 years, while Comet Lemmon’s next appearance will be in 3175.
  • Comet Lemmon is currently brighter, with a magnitude of 4.5.
  • Lemmon appears in the northwest near the Bootes constellation, while SWAN is visible above the Sagittarius constellation in the southern sky.
