- It analysed 38 cases from 19 countries and identified 4 common PF and sanctions evasion methods.
- FATF makes 4 key recommendations for countries to improve their efforts.
- Only 16% of countries fully enforce the UN sanctions aimed at stopping the WMD proliferation.
