- Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton won the championship for the fourth time in the F1 Race 2017 season.
- Thus, Lewis Hamilton has become the first England player to win four titles in Formula 1 history.
- The Formula 1 car race of the 2017 season has 20 rounds in total. Its 18th round was held in Mexico City under the name Mexico Grand Prix.
- On winning the fourth title, Hamilton shared the 3rd place with vetted, Alain prost on the list with most number of titles in the history of Formula 1.
- The Seven titles won by Michael Schumacher has been the achievement till date. Next to him, Argentina’s Juan Manvel Fangio has won 5 titles.
