- It was held at Ghoghla Beach, Diu, Union Territory of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu.
- The mascot of the Games was ‘Pearl’, a lively dolphin.
- Karnataka topped with 3 gold, 2 silver, and 6 bronze medals.
- Tamil Nadu secured 2nd place with 3 gold, 2 silver, and 3 bronze medals.
- Manipur finished 3rd with 3 gold, 2 silver, and 2 bronze medals.
- Karnataka dominated Open Water Swimming with Ashmita Chandra and Dhrupad Ramakrishna winning gold.
- In Sepak Takraw, Manipur won women’s gold and Tamil Nadu won men’s gold.
- Madhya Pradesh won three gold medals in Pencak Silat.
