- It is the only Indian airport in the top 10 and has earned the spot for the third consecutive year.
- Istanbul Airport (Turkey) is ranked at 1st, followed by Changi Airport (Singapore) and Hamad International Airport (Qatar).
- CSMIA is the world’s busiest single-runway airport, handling nearly 1,000 air traffic movements daily.
- The airport recorded 55.12 million passengers in the financial year 2024–25.
