- India celebrated the first-ever National Pension System (NPS) Diwas on 1st October 2021.
- This is to promote pension and retirement planning for a carefree ‘azad’ retirement.
- NPS Diwas is a campaign of the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority.
